My name is Gale and I help my clients identify what’s preventing them from reaching their own unique personal wellness goals. By guiding and supporting the development of these goals, I encourage and challenge my clients to explore and take small shifts that ultimately help achieve increased energy, confidence and overall well-being.

The foods you eat are secondary to all the other things that feed you — your relationships, career, spirituality and exercise routine. Those are the things we call primary foods. When primary food is balanced and satiating, your life feeds you, making what you eat, secondary.

As a life coach, I teach my clients the importance of both what they eat as well as the need to focus on relationships, spirituality, career and physical activity which are the building blocks in helping to optimize superior health and wellness.

I help you replace anxiety with enthusiasm, fear with laughter, and inertia with lots of action. I help you move through challenges you aren’t able to move through on your own in the way you want. I guide you through significant transitions by helping you figure out where you’d rather be. We identify your destination, then chart a path to get you there.
My approach to health and wellness is holistic, to focus on the person as a whole; the physical body, emotional wellbeing and mental health. Our diet is so much more than what we eat, and is essential to be mindful of the things we put into our bodies, both emotionally and physically.
How It Works

Create Goals
We’ll have 12 sessions, meeting twice a month for 60 minutes to set realistic, attainable goals. We can either meet in person, by phone or facetime. During our sessions, we’ll dig a little deeper to understand your current habits and motivations. Then I’ll work closely with you to create a personalized action plan that encourages small, gradual changes week-by-week.

Review Progress
Throughout our time together, you’ll be receiving weekly emails with healthy suggestions, recipes and notes of encouragement. At each of our meetings, we’ll review your progress, listen to your challenges and offer actionable suggestions for improvement or maintaining your healthy habits. As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.
